I love capturing a wedding day from start to finish to give my couples those behind-the-scenes peeks into a blur of a day that goes by too quickly. I love capturing candid moments to show you later.
I love helping people feel comfortable. The last thing you should feel during your wedding photos is awkward and nervous! My favorite thing to hear after a session is "That was fun!" from the groom. Yes, the groom!
I'M HERE TO HELP YOU capture all of those memories to relive later
I'm Kinsey - wife, mom to 3 girls, chocolate lover and list maker.
My photography journey began a long time ago, but my first subjects were cows, not people! I grew up on a ranch, and I loved taking pictures, so my camera went with me on horseback checking cows, to branding, to wandering around and documenting the buildings and landmarks. My family sold the ranch when I was 18, and I was so glad I had all of those photos to preserve those memories!
I love pretty much everything about weddings. I love details. I love organizing and planning, and all of the little things that go into making a day special for a couple and their families.
And that’s just a little bit about me – I want to know more about you. Send me an email or fill out my contact form!
Just a few of my favorite things...
The Slight Edge (Jeff Olson)
the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Stephen R. Covey)
Whole30 - I'm finishing up a round of 30 days of super strict clean eating and I am feeling great!
Podcasts - The Goal Digger Podcast (Jenna Kutcher) is a fav right now
Beauty Blender - love it! I currently have a couple of knock-off brands.
Fried potatoes for breakfast - nice and crispy!
Ferrero Rocher chocolates (I think Costco has the best price!)
Interior Design accounts on Instagram - someday my house will look like that! ;)
Planners - right now I'm using a DayDesigner one - I love actually writing on paper, even though I use my phone for so much.
I am a Canon user, so the majority of my shooting equipment is Canon. I bring a variety of lenses for different shooting scenarios - the 70-200 mm is a telephoto lens for aisle shots and candids when I'm far away, the 85 and 50 mm for portraits and details, the 24-70 for candids and recessionals, and flashes to light my reception images.
what i shoot with!
