A little over a year ago, my time ran out to complete my 101 in 1001 list. I’ve kept going though, and crossed a few things off since then. I made that list in April 2008 – that seems like such a long time ago!

One of the goals I made was to learn about studio lighting. So, this year I finally bought a light and I setup a small studio in a room in my basement. I am a lover of natural light, and I love being outdoors to take photos, but this has been really fun and I feel like I’ve learned so much more about lighting when creating it myself.

I’m working on the next 101 in 1001 list – my life has changed so much since 2008, and this list is already a lot different than my last one, with a lot of photography projects! Stay tuned…
